Christ has given us a comparison of two people; Pharisee and the publican.

It is not just about what you do.. It's about what is in you heart. Prayer is our opportunity to get help from God. Your pray is not design to make you look good, or better than anyone else.
WHY: pray, reading the bible, asking those that understand the scriptures to explain it....

When you pray you have to pray the right way. When we pray we are asking God to help us with those lusts that we have in our flesh... When we get Gods spirit he gives us that peace.

God uses us as a testimony, when you pray and you come thru the tough and trying times. Have your heart broken, pray the right way.

Luke 18:9-14
And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. THE ANOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE, PRICELESS. THE ANOINTING IS LIKE A TREASURE, A BEAUTIFUL CROWN OR DIADEM THAT GOD GIVES HIS CHILDREN. THE ANOINTING IS HOLY AND PURE. TO BE ANOINTED IS AN HONOR BESTOWED UPON US, A PRIVILEGE, IT IS TO BE DIGNIFIED AND FAVORED OF GOD. WHOEVER IS ANOINTED OF THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS CLOTHED WITH DIGNITY, MAGNIFICENCE, HONOR, GLORY, AND HOLINESS. THE ANOINTING IS FOR ALL THE CHILDREN OF GOD WASHED IN THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB AND SET APART FOR GOD THEIR FATHER.

WHAT IS THE ANOINTING

The anointing of the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Lord which covers a man and rest upon him to make him able to do some things that God calls him to do, and equip him to this, to teach and train him, to strengthen him in his inner man (spirit and soul) and make him able to serve the Lord.
