• Ports and Connectivity: Ensure the computer has an adequate number of USB ports, HDMI or DisplayPort for external displays, and other necessary connections like Ethernet or Thunderbolt.  Many peripherals attach via USB, and currently can include things like your keyboard and mouse, flash drives, headphones, and other accessories.
