Victory Brinker is an 8 yr old opera singer who knew Granda was feeling alone in a nursing home and decided to give her, and the other residents and staff, a concert. At the end, she sang His Eye Is On The Sparrow acapella it cheer up the Grandma her family adopted many years ago.
