We begin a line upon line study of Philippians 3:10 as we compare Scripture with Scripture and see what it means to really "know" Jesus. To know Jesus is to know God, and few do.

Usually referred to as "The Love Chapter" 1 Corinthians chapter 13 is in fact about Love, true unselfish Love that the translators of the King James correctly chose to call "Charity". And the love, or charity that is spoken of is not intended as a tretise on how to treat your spouse, though it is a good idea to use it that way. No, in fact, 1 Corinthians 13 is intended to tell us how we should deal with EVERYONE, especially fellow Believers, but ultimately it is not impressive how you treat those who treat you well, and love you already. The true test of character is how you treat those who don't care, can't help you, or worse, actively hate you.
