Examining Isaiah 11:9 and Habakkuk 2:14
As God is displeased with doubts & unbelief, He is pleased with our faith in His ability and will to heal our sickness and rewards it. but building this faith calls for being deliberate/intentional to study the scriptures, dig deeper into God's truth on the subject, taking time to understand it and then believe that God says what He means and means what He says.

Though, not all sicknesses can be attributed to sin, many of the emotional and physical illnesses we experience can also be directly or indirectly caused by the sinful lifestyle, habits and thoughts. Therefore repentance plays a significant role in speeding up our healings.

Like other essays I’ve written, this started out as a letter to a pastor regarding the Bible and theology. In this case, I write on the modesty and simplicity of the Christian life, and how it clashes completely with cultural practices like wearing make-up or jewelry, dying hair, and surgically altering the body. I end with a reminder of what the godly Christian woman does with her mornings, rather than staring at the mirror and covering her face.
Christian modesty is rooted explicitly in 1 Peter 3:3-6 and 1 Timothy 2:9-10, as well as in the humility and simplicity we are taught to have. Our respect for how God made our body, and rejection of altering our body, is also rooted in natural law from Genesis creation and Romans 1.
The Christian woman is adorned with her heart, and the Holy Spirit. She doesn’t need make-up on her face any more than she needs spray paint. She is a beautiful woman because God made her that way.

The speaker emphasizes the importance of seeking wisdom, especially when facing spiritual opposition and challenges that may come from Satan. Using Paul's experiences as an example, the message urges believers to rely on God's sovereignty and continuously seek more wisdom. Wisdom is defined as knowing what to do, say, and when to act, in alignment with God's plan. Through biblical references, the speaker highlights that wisdom is something to desire, ask for, and expect from God. Proverbs 4 serves as a reminder of the value of wisdom in navigating life’s battles.
In this passage, the speaker reflects on Paul's extraordinary journey to testify before Caesar, emphasizing the sovereignty of God in guiding Paul's path. Despite satanic opposition and numerous trials, God works out His plan, sending Paul to Rome. The message underscores the importance of trusting in God’s plan for our lives, even when facing fear, spiritual attacks, or personal hardships. The trials Paul endured, including imprisonment and threats, serve as a reminder that through faith and trust, God can turn even the most difficult circumstances into opportunities for His glory.
In this sermon, we are reminded that just as Paul faced spiritual enemies, so do we. The message emphasizes the importance of recognizing our adversaries, not just in the physical world, but in the spiritual realm. By examining passages from Job and John, we see how Satan actively works to oppose truth and lead people astray through lies. This battle for truth is central to our spiritual walk, and understanding it equips us to stand firm in faith against the enemy's schemes.
