Did you know that God is through raising children? Yep, He raised Jesus, and when the times come (three of them), it is JESUS who will raise every human being who has ever lived. It is Jesus, not God, who will also judge every man. Jesus is not lounging at the right hand of God. Rather, as the term implies, he is BUSY.

Does the Bible really say that once upon a time, "in the beginning," God knew (or, worse yet, planned) every future event of human history? If so, it begs countless questions for which there is no answer other than one that makes God a cruel psychotic. Far more intellectually and emotionally satisfying is God's answer to the above question. Let Him speak for Himself and see if He doesn't make sense.
