The Daily Pulse (Tuesday, March 24, 2015): Fear the Lord your God and serve him. Hold fast to him and take your oaths in his name. He is the one you praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes. Your ancestors who went down into Egypt were seventy in all, and now the Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars in the sky. Deuteronomy 10:20-22 (NIV)
Contrary to popular belief the Bible does not offer all the answers to all the questions in our world... It points us to the singular answer, JESUS! He is the focus and subject of the Book, not the Book itself. Spiritual arrogance is born of the belief that one has all the answers. There is nothing wrong with being able to say, "I don't know." In fact, humility demands that we acknowledge this fact and truth.
The Daily Pulse (Monday, March 23, 2015): And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the Lord’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good? Deuteronomy 10:12-13 (NIV)

The Shemitah can be about judgment upon a nation when it turns away from God. Yes, now is also the time to turn and repent as a nation. Isaiah 9:10 - "The bricks have fallen, but we will build with dressed stones; the sycamores have been cut down, but we will put cedars in their place."
The LORD your God asks you to fear Him - The Daily Pulse (Thursday, March 19, 2015): And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God... Deuteronomy 10:12 (NIV)
Read Acts 1:9-11. “Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” NKJV The angels declared that Jesus would come again. But what does the Bible say will happen when Jesus Christ returns?
