How many of us need patience? John give us some insight in this week's message on the Fruits of the Spirit with a message entitled "Lord, Give Me Patience - RIGHT NOW!"
Upon hearing the Word of God, the people confessed Him as their Lord & accepted the sacrifice made on their behalf. Then they were covered in its blood, reconciling them to God. By entering into this covenant relationship with God, they were brought into fellowship with the Holy, Almighty God. The process is the same for us today. When we hear the Word of God spoken to us & confess Him as our Lord, accepting the sacrifice of Jesus that was made on behalf of all people, then we are reconciled to the Lord & brought into fellowship with Him. #God #Jesus #savior #reconcile #Lord #peace #fellowship #glory #sacrifice #sin #Bible #righteous #covenant
What does the Bible say about Heaven? What is Heaven like?
In a number of places in Scripture, Jesus and the Apostles talk about Heaven and give us some idea of what it will be like. In tonight's study, we will review passages in the Book of Mark and the Book of Revelation to consider these important details.
"Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” Revelation 21
