I discovered this gentleman near a major intersection in a wheelchair, with a large American flag over his shoulder and a sign in his lap. I parked my vehicle and walked over and began video taping him.

He battled with the legal system to ensure that his daughter's murderer was brought to justice, to no avail. Her killer walked free and Ken, a devoted Christian, decided that the only way to survive was through the power of forgiveness.
